Underworks Compression SHIRT! how the hell?

sorry if this has been asked... but i just got my new compression shirt from underworks (998 style).
How the hell do i get this thing on and off!?! hahaha.

has anyone else got this? its not the vest, but the shirt style compression garmont. You cannot step into it like the vests. please help! thanks...

I have tried most of their shirts and it is not easy. I had to have them send a larger one so that I could get it on. With the right size it was not too bad and the results were good as well.
