i got my surgery coming up finally. im soooo nervous i dunno what to do almost lol. ive never had any kind of surgery before ever so i dont know wat to expect  :-/  plus i hate the fact i gotta stay out of the gym for a while and work since i do manual labor stuff  :-/  its ok to work out legs tho right?

Yes, it is okay. But remeber you are going to be very sore, trust me.

I am only getting a very very very small amount of gland removed and he thinks I only need inscision on 1 side. He said that I should be back in about 1 week. I dont know how much you had to get removed. but even tho im getting such a small amount removed im still nervous, i have never even gotten so much as stitches before  :-/

You'll be fine.  Just think of what your life will be like after the surgery and it will make the healing process go by much faster.
