kind of blurry, but due to the fact that you have very little fat, i'd say yes you do have it.  Looks more like glandular gynecomastia to me.

Very very slight case. It will probably go away on its own. If it doesn't a simple surgery will fix it.

Looks pretty borderline and given your age I think there's a great chance it will just diminish with time.  Good luck.

glandular just means the tissue is denser or disklike, it hasn't filled out or softened.  therefore also less fixable with lipo, requires excision instead.
