Does anyone have pics of ppl with gyne who work out?

I'm interested to see wot it looks like when ppl work out and have gyne. Most pics I see show ppl little overwight at least...it would be nice to see toned ppl with gyne..im intending to burn fat and tone up

I can show you what I looked like prior to surgery and I use to compete. I am not competitive any longer and am much lighter in weight now but I still am pretty lean. I have since gotten surgery just so you know.
