THC in gyne blood tests, please help!

Hello all, I am a 16 year old, who has had gynecomastia for about 2 years at least. On Wednesday I am going in for the preliminary exam and blood test and theres just one problem.  I have been smoking pot mildly for a few months but have been doing it a bit frequently lately, as in about 3 times per week on average. My question is, in the blood test will they test for THC (the active chemical in marijuana) and if so will they tell my parents etc. ?

I'm really worried about this and any advice at all would be greatly appreciated.
