mines underworks, size large, the guy with underworks recommended large.  my chest now is a 41, pre revision op, so he said to get large as i was on the beginning end of that size parameter...its snug, not tight.  I wouldnt mind it if it were a bit tighter in the chest...like always - same with lista's vest - and that doesnt come any smaller either.  i forget what the underwork is made of but i think its 70% spandex, and 30% lycra...something like that...its stretchy, but the material is doubled up on the front

braveboy, how goes the healing?

one more month for me to wait....

i was working out chest the other day, no problems...the next day, my left ti-t, which is the worst of the two, is extremely sore underneath nipple...light grazes of it with my hand, etc really hurt....i have no idea what it is, but its now 4 or 5 days i'd guess, and it still hurts...if i rub hard over it, it doesnt hurt, but touching it at certain angles hurts like hell....i think its scar tissue thats out of control...???

whatever it is, i want it all sucked out.

i saw a movie on youtube of the surgery, and the surgeon (some black guy that seemed cocky...) showed how he pinches all over the chest and gets it within one inch of fat remaining...i want this too, even less maybe....i hope it gets fixed....the wait is killing me, and now this pain....

Just wanted to let you guys know I have been reading your posts, and I appreciate all the info and advice.  Just had surgery done on Thursday March 7th with Lista and was fairly happy with the results (albeit this is only the second day).  I now know that things will get worse before they get better, but it is hard not to be optimistic.  I hope both of you get a good result in the end... there must be some justice in this world.

Congrats, thats great.  Hopefully you wont need a revision.  I'm sure we are the exception though, so I doubt it.  Still have like 4 weeks to go, and that sucks...have fun trying to sleep the next few nights!

I guess I am fortunate for not needing a revision.  Someone told me that my chest is much flatter than it was after surgery, which I haven't noticed.  So there really is a lot of swelling post-op and you have to give yourself months for it to go down.  I am about 5 months post-op and there is no swelling whatesoever, no pain, although I can feel some tightness in chest if I stretch my arms up in the air.  We'll see what Lista says when I go in for my next appointment in June.  My incision holes are very visible, I don't know what I'm going to do about them on a beach this summer.

Everyone has different nipple sizes, no ones the same. Gynecomastia removal surgery (gland excision + lipo) removes the fatty breast tissue so your chest is flatter, and the hard gland behind the nipple. The nipple size shrinks a little bit, but if you are a person who naturally has BIG nipples, then they wont be that much smaller, if that bothers you...you should look into 'areola  reduction' surgery. Dr. Bermant has a lot of info on this. Remember gynecomastia is removing BREAST tissue, not shrinking your nipples into tiny ones. Thats areola reduction surgery.

At least, this is what i think.

youlll get replies saying both.  i had lista.  he is a great guy, down to earth, easy to talk to, and does the PAL technique - pros and cons to that depending on your skin type i think.  lista costs more - a lot more, BUT you get as many post op visits as you want (as well as a lot that he normally just has you do anyways), and he WANTS you to be happy, so....with me, and braveboy from this forum, he is/has done a revision...we are the minority in terms of good first time results i think, and he knows what he's doing.

fielding has just as many if not more (from this forum at least) saying the same about him.  i like lista cuz it is in his own office for the procedure etc (now its a brand new place too), as opposed to fielding in a hospital.

plus lista has a website (which says alot about his practice i think, and has a lot of info)..plus some hot pics of chicks with before and after ti-ts jobs...NICE...

Well 1 month has gone bye since my revision, and the results are beter but not perfect but i wasn't expeting perfect. The side with the crease it is still there but not as noticable but alot better,i think i will definite need another fat injection.Just a reminder that i think the cause of this crease was due to the way my body was healing. My left side is still larger than my right side but smaller than before the revision,i still think i am swallon .So i'll wait and see.I 'M realy tryng not to let this occupie all my time ,i'm moving forward with my life and not looking at the results daily.

braveboy, the side with the crease is your right side right?

and your left you say is still larger - did he take out shxt from your right side too?

he said to me that he can take from both (my right being a lot better all around after the first surgery), but that by doing so, my right would ultimately still be 'better' after revision done...

i just want skin left on my chest...i hope he can accomodate me with this...
