Wow.  So other doctors thought he did a bad job?  Did your wife ever get it fixed?

How bad was your gyno? 

I have some lumps and swelling that don't seem to go down. 

I probably screwed up by going up there.  HE has done so many of these I thought he'd be an expert.  Doctors around here..it's not their specialty.

no wife still upset and I gave up hope !...should we see a laywer?

What did the other PSs say about his original work?  Did he just do it wrong?  Or were they talking about his follow up?

She should probably get it fixed somehow.

How bad was your gyno, what does it look like now?  Maybe you need a skin reduction...you could probably get it fixed.  Depends on what needs to be done.  I'd see another PS.

Gynogone; how satisfied are you with the Surgery?  It may be a little early

I am pretty satisfied.  I had alot to remove, not as bad as some, but he removed 1 liter of fat which is alot.

Anyway, my nipples haven't filled out totally (it's 5 weeks), they look a little puckered when I flex too.  He said that would go away and it has lessened alot; looks better now.

He took alot off so I am happy about that.  Doesn't look 'greek god-like', but that may not have been realistic for me.

My skin seemed to shrink pretty good from where he took alot off.  It's not saggy or anything.  I'm not a teen-age anymore, almost middle-aged, so I was worried about that.

I am still in the vest unfortunately.  I took it off to massage it and fell asleep...when I awoke a couple hours later it was kind of swollen...feels "sunburned" like.  Kind of annoying at 5 weeks, but what can I do.  Hopefully I'll be out of it soon.

I look better now, nipples filling out, less puckered.

don't know if I'm 100% happy...if you look at Bermant's stuff, he seems less aggressive but the people look more normal.  If I lie flat it looks a little "deflated" and funny".   If I flex it's kind of like the tires on a car...rounded until they come to the bottom where it's flat.  Where the muscle stops and angles back it's just flat.  It used to be more "natural" and "filled out", of course though alot of that was breast tissue.

I  am almost out of the vest, but it's 6 weeks.  Some other guys are out of their vests earlier, and have much less bruising, need for drains etc.  He really scours you good.  I don't know how Bermant's people are driving at 2 days or whatever.  I could hardly roll off the couch.

So I don't know.  Relativelyhappy.

Wish I could post pictures but I went for a check up today and massage and they forgot to tell me that he's out of town.  Great so he didn't take picture...I might e-mail them to have them send me the pictures pre op and 1 week post op.  1 week post op doesn't look as good as now though.

I prefer an aggressive approach...  You can contour your pecs with cable cross over and a good balance of incline/decline (or atleast I hope)

So, is there any other doctor in Atlanta with gynecomastia knowledge? Or is this doctor suitable?

I don't know about before pictures, but I'm getting a digital camera soon and will try to post some after pics.

When I flex it looks weird. 

Don't think sculpting would work.
