yahimburn for puffy nips?

i am 16(just turned) 5'10 and 135lbs and i am pretty fit for being skinny. not much of me is fat. i have had the usual puffy nipple case for about 4 years. would this yahimburn stuff work for me? my nipples are about 1" in diameter and stick out enough to notice a cone shape when wearing any non loose fitting shirt. i read the frequently asked questions on the site (http://www.yohimburn.com/faq.htm). tell me what you think.
