puffy nipple gland

Hi.  I have puffy nipples.  But the gland is not underneath the nipples.  Rather on the side of it (closer to under arm).  Was wondering if anyone else out there has similar conditions.

Also, have any of you found cheaper surgery quotations for thin guys with just little bit of pointy/puffy nipples (no fat)?

My gland tissue extends from under my nipple to almost under my arm, like you describe.  It is not an up and down type of round but more stretched wide.  I have some fat but I can feel the difference under there.  Most of mine is glandular tissue.

There may be exceptions out there but I think you'll find most surgeons' prices on lipo/excision to be the same regardless of severity.   Of course, different surgeons' individual prices may vary so check around for price, but don't sacrifice experience/qualifications in order to save a few bucks.
