had surgery today...need help fast please

loman1, are you getting an scar tissue under the nipple?  i got the instruction sheet saying to massage them to break up the scar tissue so they wont puff again.i dont feel any scar tissue yet, just wondering if im lucky or if it will start to form later on

no scar tissue yet that I can tell.  I did start massaging a couple of days ago just because the sheet says so.  So far the healing is going pretty good.  Left side looks awesome. Right side has a hard area just south of the nipple and doesn't look as good.  Not sure whats causing that but I expect it'll break up and loosen up slowly over time.  Overall, so far I'm very pleased with the results.

how is your healing going after 15 days?

pretty good, im happy with the results.no pain, no brusing, the right side is still abit bigger and the right nipple is kind of puffy, nothing like it was befor.i would be fine taking my shirt off at this point.you really have to look for it to tell so w/e.even then, its not weird looking or anything.i can feel some scar tissue under the nipple where the stitches went in, as expected.
id be happy for life if it stayed where its at now, though im sure it can only get better from here on out

edit: i stoped wearing the vest on tuesday (13 days post op) and have been wearing an under armor compression shirt.ill be going back to the gym on monday

I'm waiting a bit longer for both, taking off the vest and going back to working out.  The vest is getting kind of stinky now so I think I will wear it to the end of the weekend and then switch to the under armor shirts. 

Not doing anything for an entire year has really taken a toll on the body.  It'll be fun to get back to my soccer team without my chest bouncing all over the place, not to mention the problems when it was windy. I hated the freaking wind!
