I just made an appointment with doctor Walek in Warick, Rhode Island.
I have some questions to if He sounds ok or if Im taking a big risk with him.

The price for the proceedure would be around $4700 . The women I had spoken to said the doctor did many gyno operations but had no pictures of before and afters on file because there clients declined to be photographed. Sounds reasonable to me because many men would be embarrased to do so. It also makes me nervous on what I should expect. They also only provide a 90 day free revision.

Thats the doctors website. I cant find any photos on there but does list gyno surgery as an operation he specialises in. Any comments or opinions Please :))

On a sidenote, last week I went to see an endocrinologist. I had a small pituitary tumor but when I brought it up , he didnt seem to concerned. He also stated that my hormones were only slightly off from being normal. He says he wants me to try medication before I go under the knife in hopes that it will go down on its own. I disagree, I dont want to wait and wait so that nothing changes and then by then its summer and I have nice fat sausage nipps on the beach because my doctor told me to wait it out.

At 22, the likelihood of your gyne going down is slim. I have never heard of any (substantiated) claims that meds will get rid of gyne. The next time you talk with Dr. Walek, ask him what the name of the med that he wants you to take is.

You can't force a PS to work on you dude. You may have to look for another Doc.

As for the endocrynologist, I don't have a problem with getting the hormones as close to normal as possible (it's a good idea), but I don't think the gyne is going away on its own.  I've read of it going away shortly after appearing in boys going through puberty, but if it's been with you for a couple of years or more at your age I just don't see it going away.

As for the PS, that's probably one of the most vague web sites I've seen.  Maybe I was looking in the wrong places but I couldn't find any after pictures, male or female.  The guy may be excellent but there's just not enough information or evidence of skills there to give you my opinion of him.

i've never understood why photos would be difficult, just leave the face out of the picture.  i'm photo-shy and i'd consider doing them if it helped others.

can they quantify how many is many?  ten a year wouldn't cut it for me.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?
