I just had surgery on the 3rd and words cannot express how happy I am that this won't bother me anymore. I'm on my third day of recovery and I got my drains taken out yesterday. When I had the drains on it itched VERY badly, so I kept scratching around the patches. Yesterday after they took my drains out, the nurse and my surgeon (Dr. Renner) put gauze pads over my breasts with medical tape and it itches really bad again (lol). They haven't mentioned anything about a compression vest like I have read, but I'm going to get my stitches taken out on Thursday. A question that has been haunting me since I got the surgery is: If I'm about 20-30 lbs overweight (I have a big beer belly) and I'm 15, after I lose the weight and return to normal weight will my gyno look like it's back? And if so is there anything surgery can do to fix it (again)? Thanks in advance for the replies.

Oh and PS: I got the surgery covered by my insurance and so far my chest looks good.
