I'm 3 days after op, and i still can't sleep on my back (got some problems with it), im sleeping 3-4 h and im weaking up, maybe u guys had any good methods, thanx 4 all replies.

I am 2 days post op and sleeping on my back is not comfortable for me either. Try laying on your back with your knees up, this helps flatten your back and feels more comfortable. But definitly don't lie on your side or chest... you've come to far now to risk the results!

You get used to it after a while. It sure is nice when you can roll over though,

try deep breathing for a few minutes... or try sleeping with your knees slightly bent too while on your back, it doesn't feel too bad....

if not....... well, try "whacking it"..... hehe
