I crunched my numbers in the body shape calculator, and I guess I have a “spoon” shaped body.

The last thing I need is for people to make eye contact with me.

Making eye contatct with other people and smiling is something my wife and I do frequently. During the hot summer months I often was at a supermarket at 7 am to buy fresh fruits and vegetables and other sort of things. There is a hall before you come into the market and I use to drink a coffee from a dispenser after buying but before leaving the area. I always wore only a women's top with my bra underneath. You could easily notice my 'mounds', the back of the bra or even some of the bra itself.

But when I am smiling at other people who are standing there and sipping their coffee too, often a nice conversation arises. Until now nobody has ever looked upon me in a strange way. No, the people are happy that someone who is in a good mood even at this early time is talking kindly to them.

During the summer, I wear a muscle shirt with a matching sports bra.  I buy the minimizing sports bras, even uni-boob bras. I stretch out the top, so as not to be noticeable.  So far, that has worked when getting in my 3 mile walks.  I am still slimming down, so the winter is my friend.  Next year could be a challenge.  At 74, it's nice to be back to within 15 lbs of my High School weight, when I didn't have breasts.

I have not been avoiding any one in particular and even having conversations in the gym locker room while changing. Actually no one has said a word about the bra and boobs there. Not even sideways glances that I can detect.
Just like old guy I am 74 and I initiate and respond to conversation with not just age peers but the younger generations also.

I am sensing a change from the Covid years and am happy about that.

I am definitely noticeable at C /D cup if you know what you’re looking at. I am on prednisone and tapering hoping to lose the 15 lbs I gained. That should make me a bit more noticeable 
It is what it is…and I am beyond being concerned with what others think.
