One year with out alcohol!

Some of you guys know my story. Just prior to getting surgery I was a complete mess. Unemployed and drinking almost all day. It was the end of a 6 month streak of self destruction.

After losing my company insurance and getting a new policy, I was shocked to find out they would cover my gyne surgery. The news was the beginning of a complete turn around. I quit drinking, joined a gym, started eating healthy. I went from 160 20percent body fat to 200 10 percent body fat. After age 21 I really stopped living and started just eeking my way through life. Now at 27 I feel rejuvenated and ready to take on the world.

I post this to remind guys that you can always right the ship. Sometimes all it takes is one thing to get you excited and moving. Before long your successes will begin to overshadow your failures.
