I don't know what so great about them! I'd give them away if I could, don't see any reason to have surgery though, it wouldn't be a easy one at that, besides I'm to busy having back surgeries lol.

These big boobs are the results of health issues and the lose of my testicles, but I didn't really want them, just needed to learn to accept them!

Hammer developed testicular cancer. His testicles were removed. His body did not produce testosterone anymore and the estrogen in his body, with no testosterone to counter act it, produced sizeable breasts.
