Doctor Said I Can Remove Compression Garment After 2 Weeks

Here I sit at week three and am still wearing my vest even thought I was told I could take it off after 2 weeks. I always read that 4-6 weeks was the normal time I should have it on. I guess what I am asking is how do I know when I should take it off? I really don't feel like I have any swelling anymore, but my nipples could tighten up just a bit more. Does the compression vest help with this at all, or does it not really matter either way?

I don't think it matters either way.  The compression vest isn't going really going to help your nipples, though time and healing will.

Mine said 3 weeks and that's what I'm sticking to.
