What to you guys think about start training the legs earlier than the upper body?? And what about bicycling in the gym?? Using your upper body minimal...

Or is it just better to wait as long for the whole body, because when your heart raises the blood's pumping more throughout the whole body, and the damages will be the same on the chest area as well???

A bit weird formulated maybe, but i hope you did understand my question :)

If you train intense like me, you would still tense your chest while squatting or doing other leg exercises.
