workout after surgery
Hi just ahd surgery a few days ago seem flat, want to start going in gym in about 5 or 6 weeks.  can someone please explain something to me.

now i have had fat and gland removed if i g to the gym can i get my chest more toned and harder? what will make it hard and toned  the muscle? or the remaining fat that i need to turn into muscle??  thanks
