Possible solution?
I was reading through some of the posts on this site and I came across one comment that spoke about nipple piercings. Would this be a possible solution since it would constantly stimulate the nipple?

or am I just over-thinking this?

If it does work, could it not help those with slight cases of gyne

Nipple piercing will only add scar tissue to the nipples -- it will not reduce your gyne or puffy nipples.

Yeah I used to have a piercing in my right nipple - and now my right nipple protrudes much more than my left. Definitely caused scar tissue to form after I got it done....
