Puffy Nipple enquiry

Hi guys,

Im having very big puffy nipples.......ridiculously big......and it contracts when someone touch or lick it. When it contracts it actually looks fine.

I will be going for Gyne surgery tommorow...im just wondering, will it actually cure my puffy nipple........i dont even know if what is residing beneath since it could actually contract?!

it is a fat deposit mostly glandular and fat combined directly underneath usually disc like or hard lumps.
