What do you guys think about my left side? It kills me that its still bigger than my right but I cant tell if im just noticing it more than I should?

fixed is the word dude, there is a significant difference in your chest only 21 day post op, just imagine how much better its gonna be in the coming months, about your left side the poofiness is sooo damn minimal that its negligible, besides if your start lifting weights it will be gone, honestly i would be on top of the world if i get results like that, keep your fingers crossed for me and all the folks about to go under the knife, and start living outside the bubble dude.

I just add'd some pictures of what I look like in an abercrombie shirt(without the vest) It is a small abercrombie muscle shirt with a t shirt underneath it.

I still notice that the shirt sticks out at the nipple section a little bit. I no longer have puffy nipples so it cant be that. I am assuming that maybe there is a little swelling around the nipple that causes puffyness?

Overall though it sure is better than before, and I hope after I slim down a little itll look better.

dude i think you look great, besides bermant clearly states that not to expect perfection, i think this is what he means by that, and to get the true results you have to wait atleast a year. i know that long and it sucks, besides the kinda puffyness your talking about i think even the regular joe has, its nothing like the puffy nips sticking out, keep your fingers crossed you are on the other side, by the way are you happy with bermant's work? honestly i dont think he left any gland so dont worry.

Yes I am happy with his work , I am confident that I got the best results possible. Although I think a little bit more fat could have been takin out, I trust his judgment, I would rather what I have than have craters. He knows what he is doing so I am not gonna second guess him at all.

i dont understand why he cares so much about craters, besides that is very rare in fact i havent seen any such cases yet, so do you think he left too much fat? ask him to do some lipo then? does he offer free revisions? i have decided to go with bermant this summer ive wasted enough time, he saw my pics and wants to do lipo with excision with fat flap, he thinks im too skinny and might end up with craters, honestly i wont mind a crater if compared to the puffyness. maybe im gonna talk him out of the fat flap thing.

Why does he care so much about craters? You should be able to answer that question yourself!

The point of having this surgery is to make your chest look as normal as possible, a crater would make your chest look deformed. Essentialy you would be solving one problem by creating another. The reason you have not seen this is because he obviously doesnt let it happen. Look at some other not so experienced surgeons pictures, it happens and it doesnt look right.

If I were you I woudlnt mess with telling him what you want done and what you do not want done. He knows what he is doing and he knows what to do in order to get your chest as close to perfect as possible. Your post-op chest is a reflection of how good or bad he is as a surgeon, so he obviosuly wants to do the best possible job.
