Checking out the track record and complaints against Surgeons in Maryland
Before deciding to settle with a Doc for a surgery, I would need to check out Doc's medical practice record to make sure the Doc does not have anything not to my liking.  How can you do this with Docs in the state of Maryland, Washington DC or Virginia?  Any toll-free #s or web sites where they keep record of Docs performance?
