Element.

I have seen mine 3 times in 10 days.... and will see him next Friday again (4th time in 2.5 weeks) These were at his request. Probably, another in 2 weeks after that till I am looking good. I got issues right now , so that may factor into it, but he certainly likes to followup regularly even if only for 5 mins each visit (his nurse is more like 10 mins)

how are you guys's nipples looking so far? im 5 weeks post op now and they still look puffy but im hoping thats just from the swelling and scar tissue.

I'm 2.5 weeks post-op; Thursday will be the three week mark, feels like it was a lifetime ago.  Left nip looks good, slight crease under the teat. Right nip looks shitty; the incision still looks unleaded and the crease on the right nip is drastic.  Hoping that once the stitches dissolve that things will flatten out.   We shall see.

*unleaded was supposed to be unhealed**      How is everybody progressing?

I continue to see tiny progress each morning before shower, but still look worse than preop. But hopefully I keep on this reduction in swelling thing will continue to shrink and pull up and in.  Some hard areas in my left side (were hemotoma occured), worried this is scar tissue forming , but it is likely just still last of fluid and swelling. I have a crease on my right side just below nipple.

I do feel now I have some energy back. Got winded and tired easily at up until this last weekend when I went for a long walk including a steep hill and felt fine. Once I hit 4 weeks weeks I am hopeful I can get back to the treadmill and some light yoga.  Get stretched and heart rate going again. Then  hit the weights at 5-6 weeks.

Followup with Doctor this Friday. I am sure he will see progress in the last 7 days and tell me to keep the faith in his work.

Oh and I have to fly this coming weekend. Want to switch to compression t shirt (and not vest) for the few hours I travel and go through security.

Good thinking with the swtich!  That would be a tough story to explain to security if questioned about the vest!

whats up fellas!?

Sounds like everyone is cruising along. I gave up on analyzing daily, I have been training hard in the gym and dieting; things are coming around. My left nip (the worse of the two) still has a crease along the mid/bottom, but its honestly getting better. Actually I don't know if its getting all that much better or my eyes are adjusting lol.. I think training is going to help big time as well. My right nip is essentially crease-less. It basically is just sucked down tight along the incision and the beef of my nip appears to be semi puffy, but it wasn't like this early on so I think its just scar tissue/swelling. It's hard to believe anything is still swollen after 5 weeks, but obviously its very likely. When I flex, it basically looks like crap unless I am doing something like a double bi flex (as I flex my chest), then you can't tell. But if I am just standing straight, hand on hips and flex the nips crease/fold right over and look definitely indented compared to my upper chest. All that I can deal with, as long as the creases go and that 'sucked down look' under my right nip goes away, i'll be happy. Just to be able to walk around at the beach/river/pool without feeling like I have to pinch a nip and flex would be perrrrrfect.

Tell you what, I didn't realize how fat I let myself get. It's way more noticeable without the tata's, even with a shirt on lol. Once I get this winter coat off, I am gonna do my damnest to keep it off. Year round, even if my diet gets a little whacky in the winter, I need to train and do cardio at LEASTY 3 days a week.

I have been wearing my plain cotton t's all around, got a few compliments (they thought I lost weight), it does look like I am slimmer now with a smooth transition from my chest to belly. My chest is def not flat, but it looks formed with muscle, like pecs, like its supposed to look lol.

Nice, man!  Sounds like you are cruising along, too!   By summer time, I think you'll be ready!   Glad you're training hard.  Tell me again, what were your doc's instructions about lifting chest and other body parts, and the time frames in which you could start back up.  I'm sure the hands on hips flex nip fold will fix itself in the coming months - you keep saying things like: 'it should be healed by now', remember, you had surgery! Granted not open heart surgery or anything like that, but still invasive enough to cause your body a few months of changes.  Patience is a virtue!     How is the contouring looking when standing straight and unflexed?  Are those 'knots' still a problem or are they beginning to smooth out as you exercise???

I know you still got issues with your results,  butit sounds like some tiny improvments have still been happening..and a ways to go for the complete "no shirt" desired look......but for now, from that last comment, you got the whole t-shirt results thing nailed. One step at a time guy, I am hopeful for more results as you heal and work out.

dude he told me go 'balls out' at 3 weeks.

The contour is iffy, nothing too pretty but not hideous. Those knots are still there and I plan on having him lipo the top portion of both pecs in a couple months.

Ok I've read through this whole thread and wonder if Lo is a good choice since you guys seem mixed with him. I am in pretty good shape at 6'0 175 pound and don't have much fat in me but definitely have gyn. Would surgery by him be a good idea or should I head elsewhere?

EDIT: Also how did you guys pay for it? Was it an all out payment or could you use a thing like credit care or another surgery plan?

I am way behind on my healing as well at 2.5 weeks. My doc as well as others are saying months to get the results I should be happy with. Every body heals differently, swells differently, etc. Since this is coming from several sources, I am having faith. You should too.
