Getting Ready for surgery

I'm about to go in for surgery in a couple of weeks.  I am supposed to take a multi vitamin and vitamin C to get ready for surgery but no Vit. E.  I can't find a multivitamin that doesn't have vitamin E.  What am I supposed to do? 

Also,  how many days before surgery should you not have a drink?

I would just skip the multivitamin for the time being and take only what the doc requested.  Its just for a couple weekks.

My surgery is Oct. 1 and I am already so anxious. lol  Good Luck!
