where to stay in NYC for Dr. Jacobs

For those of you who traveled to get surgery done by Dr. Jacobs, where did you guys stay, and how much was it? The office told me that they would send some information over but I didn't get any accommodation information in my "surgery packet" and the surgical coordinator is out of her office for a few days.
