no worries. it looks like they're the same price as advantagesupplements, though.

http://www.advantagesupplements.com/100wheyprot2.html

but, bb.com does offer a lot of info for free so shopping there does make good sense.  ;)

Yeah so like i wouldn't recommend taking caffein or most of that other crap caf gives people highs and lows when taken in concentrated amounts also creatine messes your kidney's up... if you are going to take anything take whey isolate a couple times a day once after working out and in the evening to suppliment protein in a healthy way. I also recommend taking Glutamine for recovery after a workout and before bed... this seems to be working well i have a six pack and look good when i walk around parties naked... so...

What is the best carb food to eat as your 'carb meal'?

Just bought all of the above minus the redline vpx drink. Breastzilla recommends that creatine be taken 'before' a workout. However, on my bottle of creatine it says to take 'after' a workout. I'm confused here ???. Do I take it before or after, or does it really matter?

TIA....

John.

i firmly believe that caffeine and ephedra are the devil, that's just stuff to get you "energy" ... in MY OPINION, if you can't get energy on your own, you're lazy.  use natural energy coupled with hard work is the man's way to do it.

the only stuff i take is:
fish oil pill
vitamin e pill
vitamin c pill
multi-vitamin

and on days when i don't get enough protein in my meal, i use a scoop of vanilla whey protein with a banana and tbsp of peanut butter and 1 cup of water in a blender to make a delicious shake.

Oats, sweet potatos, brown rice, basmati rice, Cream of Wheat, and fruits/veggies.

Bambu, glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in your muscles. Loading on it improves recovery and muscle building.

Creatine is used in your muscles for strength and energy. Taking creatine will assist in shuttling water INTO your muscles along with the creatine. This makes your muscles bigger, stronger, and firmer. This is not "adema" or water-retention... as the latter is water between your muscles and skin, not INSIDE your muscles like creatine promotes.

Load up on the creatine... take 5 grams 4X per day. Make sure you take a creatine substance that has dextrose and other simple sugars in it (like Phosphagen HP) to dramatically increase the effectiveness due to insulin response.

Carb blockers are negligible in their benefit, and are different than fat blockers (such as chito - which binds to fat and makes it pass through you) I haven't messed with them much, but people say they do work. I'm a bit of a skeptic.
I think you're better off just eating lowER carb.

You can find a whole ton of carb blockers here -

Has anyone ever gotten anything from http://trueprotein.com/store/index.asp ?  I'm looking into getting some protein and not sure if I should get it from that site or body-building.com?  And also, what flavor(s) do you recommend?

Always go with bodybuilding.com IMO. Not only as a source for supplements but also for great information. I love both the chocolate and vanilla flavors for whey protein.  You should get 100& optimum whey, tastes great.

I have had great results with creatine.

I also take lipo 6, it helps control my munchies and gives me energy for workouts. It says u can take 6 a day but i only use 2.

I also started taking n0 pills 2 times a day. I think It gives you long pumps and helps bring blood to the muscles. Has anyone had better gains with it or is it a waste of money?

I dont think it really matters because it is something that stays in your system for a long time
