loose skin

Since my op i have noticed some loose skin around my chest when i tense, is there and creams etc that can be used to tighten up the skin?

I don't think there are any creams which can tighten skin to be honest..... lots of them probably make claims that they can remove stretch marks, tighten skin etc etc, but most of it is bulls....

Time is probably your best hope - things tend to shrink back a bit over time..... also building the pec muscles might help fill it in a bit.

It really depends how bad the problem is? I mean if you have folds of hanging flesh then the only way to get rid of it is surgery.    If you had large breasts and now after surgery you have a bit of saggy skin or a few wrinkles then you may just have to live with it to  be honest.
