Don't normally post on on forums but I've been reading this post and many others on this site for the past week! found it really useful in helping me pluck up the courage to do something about my chest!

I've got the same issues... go to the gym 4 times a week and I'm lean everywhere else apart from my chest! In cold conditions it looks nearly normal, but wil sag when I get hot!I look forward to the day I can wear a White Hollister fitted Tshirt!! I don't want to highjack this thread and will start my own story to help others like others have helped me! But basically I started my journey last week by seeing my GP... he confirmed I had mild gyno and has sent me for a blood test this week!

I'm also booked in to see a surgeon later this week near where I live, but since reading this forum I think I'll enquire about having a consultation with Karidis! I heard you can get it on the NHS but looks like to much red tape/waiting around! Plus 5k is a lot of money but nothing if it gets rid of my issue!!

Just had a few questions that maybe someone could answer:

1.  I can't see most of the pictures people post on here for some reason! Is the contour of your chest as you wanted with Karidis? I'm really nervous about paying the money and not getting the result I wanted!

2. Were you able to get the surgery yourself with bringing a family member? Whilst I will tell close family/girlfriend what I'm doing... I'd rather just go by myself!

Thanks! I'll start my own thread shortly!

Cheers Mark!Do you guys have any advise of what excuses to make to sexual partners about what the incision sites are, bruises...etc?

I told my wife - no way of hiding and I wanted someone to know just in case.

If you arent married or dont have a girlfriend then just keep it in your pants for a couple weeks and the bruising goes!

Hey, i went on my own and just got a cab home - was absolutely fine - you are only in the hospital for a few hours.

I would 100% recommend karidis over NHS - this is his bread and butter - he does hundreds yearly as opposed to an NHS surgeon who will be a general surgeon and wont know exactly what you are after - i assume someone will correct me if im wrong but karidis is a specialist in this field and so will know exactly what to do re contouring and removal and lipo. Also his technique is minimally invasive with no stitches! pretty sure the nhs wont do it like that.

I am over the moon with my results - just going through the scar tissue/swelling phase at the mo so it doesnt look great but thankfully (from reading other posts) i am not freaking out because i know its scar tissue and will settle down over the coming weeks/months.

That's good to hear! I don't want to spend the money and put myself through the recovery period if it's not worth it!  Would love to see your pics if you can get them reuploaded!

Really glad it went well for you. Some of your  points about how awesome it feels and how nice it is to wear tight tees etc really hit home for me. I've been considering Karadis for a while and may press on an book a pre op consultation. Did you find that useful?
Also, I'd love to see your success pics if you can get them back up :)

It's an absolute life changer mate.
Yeah the pre-op consultation is useful insofar as you meet him and he is super chilled and like "yeah i will get you flat in no time". He doesnt actually go into much detail other than to point out where gland is etc. Lasts like 15 mins tops.

You get more of a feel for what actually happens by reading these posts - mine, sawyers, kss24 etc. It seems as though we all had literally the same experience so is a really good guide.

I am just going through my lumpy scar tissue phase which is pretty crap but i know that in a few weeks it'll settle down. Also been shite not being able to go to the gym so i've gained a few lbs but i have plenty of time after to hit the gym properly.

I honestly dont know what the hell is going on with my pics. I just cant re-upload them. Will contact the admins to see what's going on.

Pardon the crap pun but it genuinely does feel like a big weight has been lifted from your chest. Just walking about feels so much more normal - no crazy feelings that everyone is looking at your chest etc. You know what i mean.
