Hi All,
just want to ask if any of you tried to go there by Frankfurt Oder instead of Berlin? I have to pick that route 'cause I am in Germany. One more thing, I have been given the date of 7thSept by Andreas on email. How long before the op did you guys reveice your written confirmation 'cause I will need it to get a Polish visa.

Hi mate, No i wasn't joking about the local . I requested it and saved myself a 100 euro too....you are sedated so only feel a bit off pushing and pulling, its nowt...i swear but hten again i live in the North-east , so am HARD....lol. Joking aside , its nothing to panic over . I think a few guys on this site have had local , it leaves you less groggy and drugged up after. I slept longer after gerneral....all the way through the night with Ian .

Hi mate, you don't get a written confirmation as such . It is more of an agreement that u turn up....lol . Did you email back and say you will have it? If so , thats it...lol Unless you need to arrange a taxi to pick you up .
Also you don't need a visa to enter Poland as you are  a member of the EU and so is Poland....The visa thing changed about 2002 . .

The hotel and clinic is within walking distance of the Frankfurt oder and slublice border

Thanks mark, but I forgot to mention one BIG factor , I am in Germany but I am not a German national. I am an interntaional student from Pakistan and my course will finish by this Nov and that's why I am in a hurry to get the op done   But thanks, I got it that none of you had to apply for a visa. I received the letter from the hospital yesterday, hope it will help in getting a visa

Forgot to ask one thing   Does Dr Baranski do anything for post op fuid drainage or not. I have seen several post op pics where patients have tubes attached with their chest to aid fluid drainage, So does he use any such procedure or prefers total natural healing? Thanks Buddy

just booked poland surgery for the 5th of september, cant wait now , i will post pre and post op pics, i have opted for excision and lipo and will be questioning them hard before my surgery to make sure they are removing al the gland as if told anything different will not be going under the knife ....as there is no way i want further surgery etc to correct things that should be removed the 1st time round ...... i also will be asking the doc following surgery about removing any scar fluid that builds up if i can have it removed as this seems to be a big cause of dissapointment for everyone and slows down the results process and in some cases leaves you after the healing process like you still have gyne ..f**k that for a game of soldiers ....i want that fluid out and my nipples flat as a pancake ...... if the drans dont take it all out i want it out by syringe like that guy on here called gruff did i will remove myself if they dont or wont get it all out......sorry if im sounding a little aggressive but thats how this coditions gets me at times ...../..i just want rid of it 1st time round and learning from everyone on here i can tell you have to be firm wth your surgeon about what you want removing..

HI ALL WELL NEXT I AM OFF TO POLAND 20TH AM RIGHT BEHIND YOU LEBOWSKI . OFF TO BUY A NIKE VEST SUNDAY.  AT THE GYM LAST NIGHT TAIKING TO A FRIEND WHOS GOT HARD LUMPS UNDER HIS NIPPLES THROUGH GEAR. MY PROMBLE IS THAT I HAVE PECS BUT AROUND THE NIPPLES I CARRIED SOFT FAT TISSUE OR COULD IT BE GLAND ,IT IS NOT HARD ANY CONMENTS WELL NOT LONG NOW , DOES ANY KNOW IF THERE IS A NOCKING SHOP IN THE AREA.

Not long now mate!!  
 If you pinch your breasts horizontally and vertically and can feel hard lump(s) then you more than likely have gland.
 I know this as I went ot see a NHS surgeon a while back and that is what he did and he said yes there is gland there. But that is a disapointing NHS story from a referral from GP. NHS aren't bothered, that's all I can say!!  
  Well not in my area...
  Also I have lost weight in the past and done weights on chest area and have tightened chest but have still been left with breasts and lumps when I do horiz and vert pinch.
 I hope that helps.
 I'll give you a bell before I leave and when I've had the op, so don't worry!!  
 I'll keep posting on here to let everyone know how I am.

WHEN IT IS COLD MY NIPPLES GET SMALLER WHICH MAKES MY CHEST LOOK TIGHT I KNOW IT IS LATE GOING OVER THIS BUT WHEN I MEET DOC I WOULD LIKE SOME SORT OF INSIGTH INTO MY CONDITION.WELL TO ALL THOSE WHO HAVE POSTED INFORMATION ON THIS SITE A BIG BIG THANK-YOU

 I fly out tomorrow  Then have op Tuesday.
I'm bricking it a bit  :-/  I know that it's for the best so will kick myself up the arse when I get up in the morning and get on with it!!
 I'm back late on the 20th so will post on the 21st but I'll try and get to that internet cafe and send an update!!
Gary, I'll phone you tomorrow before I go and text you after op etc to let you know how things are over there etc.
