The day fater the surgery and i did not think i would be up and about after the way i felt all last night.

Anyway all seems ok the results im pretty darn pleased with no pain and just minor left had side swelling.

Poland has so many plus and minus points to it all which ill have to discuss later as i only just founbd this place and it is lunch soon .

I will try and logon again this evening when its a little cooler and i feel comfortable being out and about.

I just seen the weather forecast for europe in that area of Poland and it is in the low 30's. Damn that must be hot! In a compression vest it must be boiling??

Got to Germany greeted by Richard (he got moobs someone should tell him) serious.
The guy drives like a maniac and yes he gets very very close to the kerbs.
Polish border they checked my passport and there seemed to be like a 5 min standoff as to wether they were gonna allow me in or not ...very very tense but they seemed to relent, weird thing is they never actually looked into the car to get a look at me.

Spent the first night in hotel which is actually a bit of a walk to the clinic i found, got Richard to drop me of instead.

I did wonder round a fair bit on my first day and found  about 8 guys all with Gyne 3 of which i thought was worse then mine.

They all were wearing t shirts one was with a babe, oh yeh speaking of babes the women here are  Hot Hot Hot .....trust me its been mentioned before and its all true.

Well anyway the few guys i saw with gyne and how they semed to be pretty much cool with it got me wondering in a hot place like this they can hardly cover themselves up and so have to wear t shirts and or very little and so most people get used to it to the point it seems a non issue.

I gather unlike back home where you can simply cover yourself up with layers of clothing they dont have the option so like back home if you were to wear somethin light everyone woud be like moobs moobs alert or something similar.

Ok day of surgery arrived had my blood taken and then they left that platic thing in my arm but after taking blood they added like a saline solution back in via it, then i was left alone for like 3 hours finally led to a room with Mrs Dr B who actually i found to be very very warm prolly the nicest person ther and after a few mninutes Antony came in he seemed a bit groggy found out later hes coming down with something.

This is where things take a turn for the worse im 5 8ish and weigh about 95kg which seemd to be a big big problem, in fact like i mentioned earlier moobs does not seem to actually be much of a problem here and like i was told they actually treated the original patient (Mark) as somewhat of a  experiment for them to see what they could actually offer in balance to the patients needs.

Weight seems to be a big thing guys if you are a lil over weight i would say LOOSE it before you go. there attitude seemed somewhat standoffish as a result or you could try the other option which i will mention later.

Anyhow the Dr left to get her husband who was in surgery doing a boob job i believe on some girl there.

Anthony at this point mentioned that having gland and lipo done would actually leave alot of of excessive skin much later down the line (4 months) and i would need to come back to possibly have that sorted.

The main man finally came in and was pretty much the same took a look at my overall wieght and seemed none to pleased would actually make many remarks over it in the coming days with Anthony even at a loss as to why someone would want Gyne removed but nothing done about abdominal weight.

Well basically i was given 2 options one was gland and lipo and the other was gland and lipo plus removal of excessive skin which though Anthony thought would be an issue the Doc B actually did not seem all that convinced it would.

Well i was orignally quoted 1200 by Andreas but due to the extra weight i was actually told a price of just over 1500 Euros WHICH was the exact amount i had on me as i had brought xtra in case. (swomeone mentioned earlier they had a similar issue with the Doc quoting a price that happened to be the exact amount they had on them, slightly creepy moment i thought)

Anyway was not to happy about that but then its still less than half what i will have had to pay in the Uk.

I had to get extra money out of the bank to pay Richard for the journey back to the airport.

I had the surgery with Anasthesia which i was bricking over but all went smoothly the Docs missus was on hand to reassure me i was going under my overall opinion of her has been great in fact only have one issue and that with a nurse i have barley had contact with seems somewhat up herself the younger blonde one with a big chin if anyone remembers her.

Ok well felt crap after surgery slept all day nurses came in a few times at night and put more of that saline slution in me arm.

I had no drains in me and was banaged tightly with a bit of flesh bulging over the bandages near my shoulders.

I got up the next day full of energy had a thrombosis shot and was advised i need to take two pills some thing i need to do morning and night but this was not explained to me had to pull up Anthony to get this clarified, i hate that little things like this which can cause serious problems seem to much for anyone to explain in fact wanting to talk about how it went overall (the op) seemed to much.

Like i say peeps seem a little standoffish.

I cant blame Anthony too much as i found out he aswell as not feeling well his missus had just gone into labour and today has finaly delvered a healthy baby boy.

The food is awful dont like it but am pretty much broke now so made do.

I did get a look with the bandages of and noticed a huge improvment the left side seems more painful and  was actually the larger of the two and is a little bigger than the rhs was told thats its just swelling but its something i may not have even brought up its just Mrs B noticed it but was hushed up by Mr B and then she said its just swelling.

I actually am double bandaged today no compression vest got mine at home will get that on me when i get back.

The prob i got is that the left side is atually not really swelling but a collection of blood which im told will eventually disappear and its nowt to worry about still cant help feeling that if i had drains i would actually have a pretty near flat chest and the results overall would be gained quicker.

Anyone have the same how long did it take to dissapear.

Anthony says i need to wear a compression vest day and night for a month and then for one extra month only when i am doing any physical actiuvity.

The Doc told me two weeks day and night and then 2 weeks extra on and off..

I would say about the op that i think if i could do it over i would prolly just have the Gland removed and not the lipo as any fat Can be worked of but the Gland never will.,
A few peeps have mentioned that thjey are serious about getting into the gym like me after surgery in which case having Gland removed is best and also works out cheaper.

jovn, Were you just quoted for just lipo or excission as well for 1200 euros by Andreas?  I was told that it would be 1525 euros all in (lipo and excission) except compression vest and taxi. As for weight.. I'm 5'8 and 93 kgs  . Will I get the same treatment of, you are overweight etc I have been doing a lot of weights etc to tighten the chest. I have lost a bit of weight from chest and have had no problem with loose skin, so I think I will be alright there. I am well built fat rather than just huge fat. Hopefully I'll lose a bit more weight by the 18th July. I am still a bit worried though... Can anyone else give us advice and their experience in Poland concerning such issues please??

the package price for a gynecomastia and liposuction on the male breast is EUR 1525,- incl. VAT and includes the following:

•      Operation (Removal of gland and liposuction ) 1200 EUR
•      
•      Anaesthesia and one stay in the clinic after the operation  
EUR 260,-
•      One additional day at the clinic (full board)
EUR  65,-


The following services are also included in the package price
•      Blood examination if made before 10 a.m. (because of technical reason you will be charged an extra EUR 15,- after 10 a.m.)
•      medical examination before the operation
•      consultation with the chief surgeon
•      services of the interpreter in the clinic
•      medicine and necessary infusions at the clinic
•      changes of the dressing and examinations during the two days at the clinic
•      removal of stitches at the clinic (if desired)

What's with u guys, that u can't do simple arithmetic - the last guy had the same issue- - THE CLINIC DOES NOT charge you by your weight.

U forget to add on the Clinic charges.

I think it's 700eur for Gyne and 750 for Lipo procedures ONLY.
if u want both then instead of paying 1450, u get a dsicount and pay only 1200 eur for Procedures only.

Then there is about 325Eur for Clinic costs (stay, food, anesthesia). This is all always explained up front in the literature given, but you guys just seem to thick to realise this. (i'm an auditor and have to account for every detail and cost and it pisses me off when a simple statement can't be understood!)

Lebowski has the correct price list in his post above, which excatly the same as I got, read it carefully and took 1525 for my op. No extra cash problems.

Hello all, i am back!!!  
I haven't been on the forum due to uni exams and a 2 weeks holiday in lanzarote. I swear , it felt great walking along the beach bare chested . I am brown as a berry and i feel fantastic , i even met a few ladies due to my new found confidence.  
I see that i have a few private messages, so over the next few days i will try and respond to them all .

Those of you who are worrying about the price beak down, don't!!   . The price is now one sum for gland removal and lipo....which is what we all want...no need then to return    . The op costs 1200 euro ( gland & lipo) then plus the knock out juice ..about 260 ...but you can get it for 100 less if you want local...i did, but i am a double hard b*stard.....and a cheap-skate...lol. then 60 euro for the next night ......120 a return taxi fare....all together your op including flights should cost you ...Just get my calculator out..lol ...the maximum i think it will cost is £ 1200......which is nothing compared to UK prices   .

Dude thanks for the price by price breakdown, look sorry if i got a few of you guys going but i just said it like it came across to me during the consult my original emails to Andreas are from like in January when i first enquired so yah i could be remembering things different now.
However i still stand by the fact the weight thing is a big deal to them, thing is i have a fairly slim face, arms and legs just the beer belly i have been nurturing over the last few years that seemed a big deal to them.

I still think they cant understand why they are getting all these people in for this procedure, they must feel like its some big joke and someone someday will let them in on it.

I dont want to put anyone of going but then again i dont really want to encourage anyone too much else i find in a few weeks my results are not all that.

I know thats not exactly what anyone wants to hear so let me just say as things are now if the slight swelling i have and the build up of blood on the left side giving it a overall bigger shape were all to heal over tomorrow and i was left with the exact shape they both are now i would still be well pleased.

I feel comfortable and most importantly look normal in a  t shirt without my bandages and vest so what more can i ask.

I guess short of things going wrong with my healing i wont have any probs reccomending the place.

Oh and if i havent peeved peeps of enough and your interested to know, i have no real pain and bruising on my top right side is better though my left bottom side still feels liquidy.

Anthony said to just keep my chest tighly compressed but i heard that taking Ibuprofen and applying cold compress does help with the brusing and blood build up, may start to give it a try in a few days time.
I have just finished the last of the 4 day course of antibiotics (Ceporex) which are Huge tablets to have to take so lil Ibu ones should'nt be too much of a task.
