  • Why Meeee!!
geg100, i try not to stress out but i find it hard.  reason being my main problem has always been that 1 side has been bigger than the other. and in all the ops ive had now 3 in total,  the same thing happens, 1 side is always left bigger than the other.   this is due to the P.S not pulling enough out of the bigger side.   im not looking for perfection, as its not possible.  i wud just be happy if both sides of my chest look more or less the same size, that in my opnion is not alot to ask for.
on my 3rd op i didnt have much taken out, prob about 5g in total out of 1 side, and 1g out of the other.   tho he should have pulled out more of my LHS.

here are some updated pics, as u can see on the 1 side there still is more gland, and this gives more of a dropping effect on the chest.
i have indicated the bigger side chest with a arrow, and thi side had very little taken out, and there is no swelling there.

i got a feeling hes gna say its something to do with the ribcage, or how dat side of da rib expands out.  But its not.
simple fact is, there is just slightly more gland on dat side compared to the other.  if he had taken a little bit more out of the bigger side, i think i wud be a happy chappy.
if im gna need another bit of surgery to sort it out, i will do so,  ive come so far, and im not gna let this gyne beat me.  gna do what it takes till im the winner.   (rocky theme music comes in)

this number m8 01527 577675 he said all sounds ok so all i got to do is call him back in a months time.

Just take a look on the website were my pictures are posted, there are 2 pictures of UK2000 chest, now one picture is untouched but the other i have added a very very small amount of muscle to you Trap (trapezius), even tho you still have the fat there m8 it makes it look a whole lot better, one of your main problems is obviously the fat you have but another is the distance from your nipples to the top of your traps!, with the distances being different it gives the ilusion of a elongated pectorial muscle and make your nipples look unevevn, but you nipples are pefrectly inline with each other, also i have removed a little hair and bruising from the offending pec this also ads to the ilusion of leveling out your chest.

chest rock u shud be a detective lol, good work on the pics, now come and digitise me like that in real life.
so wot u are saying is that frm the side my chest looks bigger is really because of the distance from the nipple to the trap, and also some little remaining fat or gland.

how wud u say this can be solved, working out at the gym, working on the traps to build em??
does 1 side of the trap need to be built more than the other, and if so which side???

Took my bandages off yesterday and was thrilled with the results. Nice small nipples, very even chest, little brusing looked absolutley great and far exceeded my expectations.

However later on i noticed my left hand side started to look a bit more protruding. I had another look this morning and it does indeed look more raised than the right. I felt a little bit around it, and it feels very hard to the touch so i guess thats the scar tissue formation. Its alittle disappointing as i was so thrilled initally.

When taking the bandages off i took a bit of skin from my back where it was stuck down. Thats was the worst part.

Also one thing ive noticed is my nipples are quite sensative.

What do we need to do to try and prevent poor reults from scar tissue?

nice 2 hear stone cold, thing are coming along nicely.
theres nothing u can do for scar tissue, its gna form.  all u can do is wait till after like 2-3weeks then start slowly but lightly massagin it to break it down.  with each week going past increase the intensity of the massage.

So the scar tissue is the little bumps that I can feel now on my chest?  Is it right to assume that the bumps under the incision scars are scar tissue too?

I didn't notice these bumps until recently.  I doubt if other people would really see them so thats ok. But they will go away with time won't they?

I managed to take some skin off to when I took off my bandages. it's still a little bit tender there.

The lack of exercise (used to go to gym 3 times a week) is making me fat! Looking forward to going back there and getting out this compression vest.

At least now I've got full mobility.

How's everyones scars healing up.  Mine are still a bit red on the edges.  Guess I just did too much right after the operation.  I couldn't keep still :)

My scars seem ok abit red in places.

When everyone took the bandages off did you have blue drawings on? Mine re still their and i wash just wondering how easy it is to get them off.
