Under the nipple or under armpit

For for a person with just gland that has to be removed and no lipo required what is the best method ?

I have read some bad things about under the armpit method when it's just gland that has to be removed .

It seems that under the nipple method is the preferred option ?

Any thoughts ?

K201 seems quiet on the uk forum lately. Where have u read bad things about the armpit method?  All i can see on here is good things regarding levick's armpit method. I dont like the thought of any gland being left in because ive read cases of it growing back
