Anyone Can Tell Me If This Is For Sure Gyno Worried About Clear Discharge

I'm being sent for am ultrasound a week from today because I have some tiny drops of clear looking discharge. The center of my nipple is tender if I push in on it like a tingling sort of feeling. Not really having anything going on besides just having a puffier nipple at times clearish discharge out of a few different spots and some tenderness when I press on the nipple

I also just turned 22 about a month and a half ago and suffer from anxiety I'm just worried about BC even though it is rare for males.

The left one look like it could be a little bigger then the right, but the right looks fine. The ultrasound will be a great test to see what is in there.

There are no issues with the right side the left is where the issue is.
