Anyone with a similar severity?

I am planning on doing surgery in the coming year (see my post in general forum) and was wondering if anyone with a similar severity has had positive results.
Both fatty and glandular tissue, often puffy nipples.

Absolutely. You're probably a 5 and there are plenty of successful ops in your range. I haven't read your other thread yet, where are you getting it done? You should have good results since you don't have much excess fat around the area to make it harder.
