Do i have gyno and do i need surgery?

I am wondering if I have Gynecomastia or that my breast tissue is normal and if you consider it enough of an abnormality that you would let it be  operated (if you where me):

Or do you think it is normal for my posture and i shouldn't complain. I am not skinny, could that be the reason?
