Mind if I ask how all that weight loss happened?

Your chest could just be retaining fat, or it might be gyne, but... I dont see your nipples poking out at all.

congratulations on the weight loss.  Thats a huge amount of weight and quite an achievement to have gotten that out of the way while you are still young.

its looks like you might have a problem with loose skin which is a fairly common problem for people who have dropped so much weight (I used to have a very similar shape after i lost around 100 pounds).   Generally loose skin makes you look considerably flabbier/fatter than you should really look for your body fat %.   Any fat/gland you still carry will hang quite low in the skin and stand out more than if the skin was tight.

Because you are still fairly young and seem to be lacking stretch marks there is a good chance your skin will recover naturally to some degree.  I'd suggest trying to put on 20-30 pounds of muscle over the next 2-3 years and maintaining a healthy balanced diet (important for your skins health).   if you're lucky within a couple of years you will have improved considerably.  If not then it might be worth while seeing a good plastic surgeon and finding out what your options are.  you can see similar examples of people with loose skin who opted for surgery here;

I had a problem with eating at night and when I wasn't hungry wich made me gain so much in the first place, so I cut all that out, drank more water than a fish and ate less fatty food... The weird thing is, that I still ate cheeseburgers,fries,and ate out to dinner at least 4 nights a week and still lost weight. No drugs, no puking. I think just the eating only when hungry thing did it. I am now working out as well and have a very phsyical job.

Are there any excersizes that you may know of to get rid of this extra fat?
