My photos before surgery..

Hi all.
Here are my photos before surgery on 10th of June.
As can be seen, I've had surgery before, but not on my chest. Other things will also be "fixed" on the same operation.

What do you guys think, can something be done about these 'disgusting' breasts?

yup totally normal to me, how about a front shot? from the side you look totally normal. hmm so u had a tummy tuck before? how did that go? any pics to post on your results/surgeon? are you satisfied with it?

Hi all and thank you for your replys.

Yea, I had a tummy tuck last summer & I am very happy with the result. My plastic surgeon is unbelievably good and I trust him 100% for the rest of this process, i.e. fixing the gyne (which bothers me a lot) and taking care of the rest of my stomach. I believe I will let him finish going around my body. I mean start where he left off last summer and cut the whole 360° to get rid of extra skin and fat around my waist.. that just won't go away.

The reason why some people maybe don't see anything wrong with my breasts is probably because they don't look so horrible in these positions on the pics.. if I for example lean forward, my breasts hang like I don't know what. I'm going to have lipo there and as much skin as possible removed.. the skin is the worst problem for me as I once was very fat.

I dont think you'd have too many options there as far as gyne-experienced docs go anyway.

I dont think you have gyne in the proper sense, but I reckon that a. further weight loss, muscle gain ...and then ..b. maybe a touch of chest lipo, would sort it.

Looks normal.  Whenever someone posts pix and get's the "normal" chorus then all of a sudden the pix are bad?  I can't imagine what you think surgery is going to do for you.  Judging from these pix you might be better served by looking in to something called Body Dysmorphic Disorder.

Well, the worst thing isn't really that these breasts won't go away.. no matter how much weight I lose, the skin is just that BIIIG and they practically hang..

I'll get lipo go get rid of 'all' the fat in the area.. and what matters the most is that my PS will cut away the extra skin around there.

I guess I'm not seeing what you see.  I brought up the BDD thing not to make you feel bad, btw, but because to my eye you look as regular as you can be.  There may be other issues in play that affect how you see your body.  Best of luck.
