heres my pic i know i have gland. gyne if i got surgery would it be simple or how would it go

Ah, looks like my same exact gland problem ( Blast! man ) I've read up on many recovery cases and it seems patients with milder cases of gyne get a real smooth surgeory and recovery. Obviously if the case is mild enough there wont be as much stress on the region being worked on, opposed to cases with more severe gyne cases. The more gland and fat = the more stress on the area of damage. I haven't had the surgeory but I've done plenty of research and talk with people who have experienced it.
