Puffy nipples or puffy and fat??

What do you think??
I hate them, haven't taken my shirt off in over 7 years.
Getting surgery soon ( till i make enough money). It's too expensive here.

Yup look puffy to me. Do u have hard glandular tissue behind ur nips or is soft fatty tissue?

if you have the hard gland then theres the problem. i had it too. i hated it.
i had plastic surgery (covered by insurance) 3 days ago and am completely happy with the results.
if it bothers you, i think you should start saving up because after its gone, its such a confidence booster.

Hey unknown, even with those closeups I don't think you have it that bad. Don't think anyone would think twice about it, in my opinion, and I'm pretty vain!

Of course if it bothers YOU and there's hard gland behind the nipple you deserve it to yourself to at the least book a consultation and find out more info.
