This is probably a stupid question but, I'm about to make an appointment at the local doctor's office. I want to see my testosterone levels and estrogen and all that. What is this test called. What kind of test do I ask them for that gives you all those results? Also, would insurance cover this?

Thanks.

Just asking for a blood test to check your "hormone levels" (due to your gynecomastia) would probably accomplish what you're wanting and needing.  There are some standard blood tests that should be ordered when a doctor is wanting to check out possible causes of gyne, and your primary care doctor will surely know which ones those are.  And yes, if your primary doctor thinks such tests are needed and orders them, they will be covered by insurance.
