An update from the medical day-centre.

After an obviously demented patient at the centre couldn't help but keep his eyes off my boobs 'Non-Stop' and got upset when I covered them up with my jumper, it was decided that I was "provoking him by not dressing appropriately." I have been told to dress more conservatively and more androgynous.

I asked the CNAs if they have a problem with him and apparently he gets very handsy when they are showering him and also tries to look down their blouses at every possible chance. Management says that he doesn't know what he's doing is only acting on impulse.

That being the case, I failed to understand why the perfectly normal blouse I bought at Torrid doesn't fit the dress code and is provoking him. Yesterday I wore a baggy button-up shirt and I still caught him staring at me. I actually had to turn my back to him so he wouldn't be staring directly at my boobs. He is constantly waving the CNAs over asking them to give him a kiss or sexual favours. What does the way I dress have anything to do with the situation?

Any excuse just to get me to start hiding my boobs again.

If I get it right, this man pesters not only you but the female staff also. It's not the question if he is demented or not, the point is that this must stop. And you are provoking him because of your blouse? What a nonsense!
A bra is just an article of clothing for people with breasts.

The CNAs are just about fed up as well, but management just keeps saying that his "sickness" is what's causing this.

I commented on another thread about this..

but it's seems you have a clear cut case of a hostile work environment. If direct reports up the chain of command don't get results and your HR dept isn't corrupt. I would go there to start reporting these issues.

my misunderstanding.
Much better day today.

Changed tables so I am sitting far away from the perv.
I wore a nice blouse without problems.

The perv got in trouble for other outbursts and actions by management after acting incorrigible.
