An update from the medical day-centre.

After an obviously demented patient at the centre couldn't help but keep his eyes off my boobs 'Non-Stop' and got upset when I covered them up with my jumper, it was decided that I was "provoking him by not dressing appropriately." I have been told to dress more conservatively and more androgynous.

I asked the CNAs if they have a problem with him and apparently he gets very handsy when they are showering him and also tries to look down their blouses at every possible chance. Management says that he doesn't know what he's doing is only acting on impulse.

That being the case, I failed to understand why the perfectly normal blouse I bought at Torrid doesn't fit the dress code and is provoking him. Yesterday I wore a baggy button-up shirt and I still caught him staring at me. I actually had to turn my back to him so he wouldn't be staring directly at my boobs. He is constantly waving the CNAs over asking them to give him a kiss or sexual favours. What does the way I dress have anything to do with the situation?

Any excuse just to get me to start hiding my boobs again.

If I get it right, this man pesters not only you but the female staff also. It's not the question if he is demented or not, the point is that this must stop. And you are provoking him because of your blouse? What a nonsense!
A bra is just an article of clothing for people with breasts.

The CNAs are just about fed up as well, but management just keeps saying that his "sickness" is what's causing this.

I commented on another thread about this.. 

but it's seems you have a clear cut case of a hostile work environment. If direct reports up the chain of command don't get results and your HR dept isn't corrupt. I would go there to start reporting these issues.

Unfortunately I don't work here, I am actually one of the patients a participant of the program.

Much better day today. 

Changed tables so I am sitting far away from the perv. 
I wore a nice blouse without problems. 

The perv got in trouble for other outbursts and actions by management after acting incorrigible.

B.S.:  An ad hominem is, by definition, an attack on a personal level while ignoring the issue being discussed / debated.  So, yes, it was, and still is, ad hominem.
The position you were taking was a personal position; talking points expressed by all right wing media sites. Actual experts wholly disagree with your personal opinion. That you feel personally attacked/offended says something. You may want to broaden your perspective. My take on it is to mind your own business. Why people refuse to do so? Something to bit*h about I guess.

Try sticking to the subjects discussed rather than 'diss-cussing' those who express opinions different than yours.  You see, your style demonstrates that either:
1] your opinions are meritless; or:
2] you simply can't tolerate anyone disagreeing with you ( = bigotry).
Take your pick.
I suggest you shove your bigotry back up where it comes from - and maybe stop wearing your butt as a bonnet.

Before anyone jumps, the legislation is if you read it poorly written.  it just makes a daft point about sex and leaves it.  

Does not address intersex/DSD/Hermaphrodites, or other aspects.

This is ultimate simplicity and overly broad and ambiguous.

I know a person at the mall that appears to have all the symptoms of Klinefelter syndrome (XXY chromosomes). I never asked but the symptoms are very apparent.
They were transitioning until recently when all the laws started changing. They have since cut off their lovely hair, stopped wearing makeup, and started wearing men's attire (even though their breasts are still visible).

I don't think they are actually "detransitioning" but rather conforming to new pressures around them. But unfortunately many politicians will pat themselves on the back and say they accomplished many detransitions.

Things at the centre have gotten much stricter as well. It"s a new vigor against transgenderism. I was surprised when they suggested I get a double mastectomy!

As for the proposed law that will most likely pass, I am already in a gray area as officially my birth certificate and social security already have me listed as female. So do half of my newer medical records (not the day-centre). It's only my driver's license that doesn't agree with my other official documents. Short of carrying medical records around with me I don't know what else I can do.

I did find out today that I can't have an out-of-state license and remain in the medical program I attend, so I shall remain in the gray area until I have disabled housing available in Oregon.

I am sorry you are going through this. Politics are out of control from both political viewpoints. I hope someday soon thinks will calm down and balance equally to middle of the road.
