Nipple Tattoo

Had surgery over a year ago, which left a scar across each side of my chest. There was a chance that my nipples could not be saved so I elected not to have them re attached. The scarring is really faint, and I am now considering have nipples tattooed as a replacement.  Has anyone ever had this?
The surgery I had was excellent, it was always going to be a major issue because of the size of the Gyne and it has truly changed my life.
I had the surgery in my mid fifties, my only regret is not doing it years ago.

Yes, you can have nipples tattooed on your chest.  I would search for a medical tattoo artist, not just a run of the mill tattoo person -- there is a difference!

You can look for a recommendation from a plastic surgeon in your area or even a plastic surgery clinic at a major teaching hospital.  I have seen some tattoos by medical tattoo artists and the results are outstanding.
