He wasnt a specialist but he'd done a lot of Gyno surgerys before. It was paid for thru my HMO(Health Insurance). He also performed surgery on  my ear in August for a Keloid I had(google keloid to find out what it is)

The lack of symetry is normal with or without surgery.

Look carefully at the face of someone you think is quite attractive;  One eye will be larger than the other, the ears are probably not identical either,  and the line down the front of their face through the center of the brow, nose, lips, and chin is anything but straight.  

Years ago, I knew a man who had a perfectly symetrical face......   He was one of the homeliest people I have ever known.
