Gynecomastia on only ONE breast

I have Gynecomastia along with a puffy nipple on only the left side of my chest, I'm 17, I've had it pretty much since I was middle or late 15, It doesn't seem to be going away.

What I'm getting at is, is this a more complex surgery that would cost more than $3000? It would be great to have an approx

I would think it would be cheaper to fix not more expensive. Consult a plastic surgeon. No one here can tell you an approx cost since the price varies on geography and severity of each person and the doctor who performs the surgery. My best guess would be between $2-4k.
