Does fat feel like strands of beads or is this the gland i feel? in Gynecomastia Talk

basically in a circular shape surrounded by puffyness,,, when i squeeze individual spots with my fingers i can feel small hard balls/beads one after the other, feels like theyre all attached... is that fat strands? im starting to second guess myself, ive always assumed it was the gland, anybody?
