Gynecomastia seems to be improving

Okay, i'm 15 - had it about 1.5 years, maybe a little longer. It seems to be improving a little in my right nipple. Now, i could be wrong - but it seems to me to be getting smaller in diameter. All i can do is hope now, and before you say it, i am not expecting anything too radical. But, say for the sake of arguement that it was going, how long would it take before the ball starts rolling? And does anyone know exactly how the tissue fades?
