How bad would you say my gyne is? I feel like its awful and it makes summer dreadful. I just want to get some input on other people's thoughts about the severity of it.

Mine are larger and I get by quite well. How large your breasts are is not the method by which Gynecomastia is measured. The only way to gauge how bad it is would be to ask yourself how much impact it is having on your life.

if you can ignore it, then it is not bad regardless of size. If you are impacted in an adverse way then it is really bad but again actual size does not matter.

The assessment is entirely personal.
