Scar revision in Indiana...

I am 34 and have had 3 surgeries since I was 13 years old.
In 1983, 1984 and 2000.
I have horrible scarring and am still "crooked", both sides very different.
I am still very angry and sad after over 20 years.
I am looking for a good doctor in Indianapolis, Indiana who is least expensive as possible.
Anyone know of any pro bono docs out there?
